SHIPPING, CUSTOM ORDERS, AND RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping at CorkDivine

  • The shipping process at CorkDivine takes 1-2 days to be ready. The shipping process will initiate once complete payment has been received. 

 

  • Your order is packaged in a secure cardboard box. The piece will be covered by cushioning material to prevent it from shifting inside the box. We strive to ensure that the artwork arrives in perfect condition.

 

  • All orders are insured and trackable. Clients will be offered the tracking number once the order has shipped. 

 

  • Shipping orders typically take around 3 to 5 days to arrive once they have been shipped, give or take a day or so. 

 

  • When you receive your product and check that everything is in order, please leave me a review. It would motivate me to continue doing what I am doing and it will encourage others to rely on my artistic skills. This is a woman-owned small business and I will appreciate your support.

 

  • If for any reason, there's any damage to your piece when it arrives-(which hardly EVER happens but we can not control the mail process sometimes) -please don't hesitate to let me know so I can take care of any damages for you. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you are interested in crafting a custom order, please contact me, I will be more than happy to make one especially for you!

 

Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks to complete. This does not include weekends or holidays. If the buyer needs an earlier delivery, it should be informed in the first contact. 

 

If the customer prefers to use his cork collection on the custom order, can send pictures of the corks to evaluate their condition before placing the order and to coordinate delivery details. 

 

I will provide a quote for the cost once I have all the details of the desired piece. The custom order time frame begins from the time all of the necessary materials are being received, which includes the payment and any items. When the order is in production, the customer will be offered two revisions, it is during that phase that the customer can request modifications to the order. 

 

Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change. The customer will always be notified of any change in production and/or delivery. In the unlikely case of a custom order exceeding five weeks from the date of the deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel it for a full refund or the deposit. 

 

If the order is going to be shipped, shipping time will be added to the expected delivery time.

 

Once completed custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. The customer has full right to his design, the artist commits to not reproduce any custom order unless requested by the customer.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase read the information below to initiate the return and refund. 

    Order Cancellation. 

At CorkDivine there are three types of orders. 

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received it or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

You will be reimbursed no later than 14 days from the day on which the returned piece is received. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Conditions for Returns

For your order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The artwork was purchased in the last 14 days
The artwork is in the original packaging
The artwork is not damaged

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized orders

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any order that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a return your order should meet the above return conditions. 

Only regular-priced pieces may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. You should send it to the following address:

CorkDivine cannot be held responsible for a product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
